This privacy policy (Privacy Policy) seeks to explain to you how CLEARPEAKS, S.L.U.  (Company/we/us/our) use the data you give us through www.clearpeaks.com (Website), our services, and ClearPeaks Power BI Custom Visual – Published (referred to as Custom Visual) on Microsoft AppSource or Privately distributed. Your use of the Website, Custom Visual, our services or any submission of any information by you to the Website or Custom Visual (directly or indirectly) means that you agree that we may use that data submitted by you in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
