They now required a unified solution for tracking and monitoring project management data, with automated updates across the platform and security features based on employees’ role in the company.
Our team developed a Power BI solution to visualise all project-related data, ensuring seamless tracking of the customer’s projects. This solution includes unified project portfolio analytics across the group companies. Project data is automatically integrated and consolidated from ServiceNow using an API.
