We leveraged our experience of our client’s business and an extensive requirements gathering process to get a clear picture of their real needs, stimulate ideas and feedback by the key stakeholders, and propose relevant KPIs and reports.
We then created a roadmap based on parallel workstreams, divided by business area; and delivered the solution in iterative sprints which allowed for agility and timely feedback from our client.
After extracting and consolidating data from the client’s systems, we built a set of more than 12 highly executive and interactive dashboards for analysing processes across the entire HR lifecycle. These areas included Workforce, Talent Acquisition, Succession Plan, Scholarship, People Relations, People Development & Discipline Overview, Operational Excellence, Performance & Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Graduate Program, Digital Transformation, and Systems Data Governance & Compliance.
Due to the size and scope of the solution, our team took care to roll out the solution in staggered releases instead of a single “Big Bang”, controlling and managing the user feedback and easing adoption of the dashboards within the organisation.
