  1. Classic Support: a classic service of logging support tickets in our customer service portal and, depending on criticality and priority, the request will be responded to and resolved accordingly
  1. Managed Services: this comprises a more comprehensive post deployment service, made up of Classic Support and, in addition, includes a tactical development service, offering the customer the option to have mini-developments delivered whilst the support runs in parallel
  1. Tableau Customer Care: specifically for our Tableau customers who have purchased licenses through us, we offer a free Customer Care Program comprising of:

    • Tableau Updates: keeping you updated on latest releases and how you will benefit from new features and functionality
    • Tableau Webinars: providing you with tips & tricks on how to get the best out of Tableau through our monthly webinar series
    • Help Desk Service: walking you through Tableau software upgrades and helping avoid possible challenges in the process
    • Discounted training rates: offering you special discounted rates for training services
